Arrange Teacher Training Workshops

The Teacher training program involves STEM trainers, coaching the teachers of the schools to use the Science and mathematical models in an effective and extremely interactive manner. This marks a new beginning for them as they are introduced to a new system altogether. We are currently developing a program of subject-specific and topical teacher training workshops to be held at multiple locations over the coming months.

We are on a mission to empower lecturers/teachers from underprivileged schools by providing them or giving them simple and easy teaching aids with STEM mini Science Center; we mainly aim to bridge the gap between practical learning of science and textbook knowledge. Teachers are trained to arrange the models as per the course of study and present the different kinds of theories that are related to the models from classes 5 through 10.

Furthermore, STEM Learning stays in touch with the teachers/lecturers, providing help as well as support to them whenever needed. Follow-up visits are conducted in the schools to assist teachers clear any doubts that they may have concerning the models or procedures. We provide support through telephones and practice videos which motivate and encourage them to give their best while teaching.
